Her first physical appearance is in Chapter 5 at Trinity. Earlier mentions come from Mayor Thaniyel and Shedletsky. The community reference identifies her as the guardian of Darkheart.
Dialogue is not a boss unlock
She discusses the visions and your work for Shedletsky. After Azuri’s puzzle, her dialogue notes that the queen ran ahead, directing you to catch up. This is a story checkpoint, not a battle challenge or a Darkheart acquisition route.
