Hatred is the final Chapter 3 boss in the Vein Center. Watch for Charge Power: the next Outburst deals 200 piercing damage, so use Ghost Potion or another guaranteed survival answer. Once Hatred reaches 10 HP or less, Prayer finishes the fight with 1,000 damage.
Hatred has 50 HP, 1 defense, and acts twice per turn. Preserve Ghost Potion for Charge Power into Outburst, then use Prayer after Hatred falls to 10 HP or less. Above that threshold, Hatred absorbs Prayer instead.
Hatred can use PK Thunder for 12 piercing damage, Corruption for four hits of 3 damage plus two turns of Confusion, and Call for Help to summon an Apparition when an enemy slot is open. Charge Power warns that the 200-damage piercing Outburst follows.
Keep Ghost Potion available for the turn after Charge Power. Do not spend it on an ordinary attack if Hatred can still reach the charged sequence. Because Outburst is piercing and overwhelmingly lethal, normal defense stacking is not a reliable substitute for avoiding it.
Reduce Hatred to 10 HP or less, then use Prayer to deal 1,000 damage to every enemy and end the fight. For a rematch after Chapter 3, return to Guru and answer Nothing when asked what you want to forget.
