Chapter 3 · Encounter guide

How to Beat Green and Purple in Block Tales

Watch Purple’s delayed third stab and Green’s poison-enchant action. Defeating either sibling buffs the survivor, so plan the two finishing blows close together when possible.

Green’s mace pattern

Mace Smack → Double Mace → Charge Poison. Smack lands after a side flip for 7 piercing damage. Double Mace hits twice for 3 each. Charge Poison enchants later hits; it is not itself a healing action.

Purple’s fast and delayed hits

Speedy Slash is immediate after the approach. Triple Slash starts with two quick hits, pauses, then ends with a third stab. Leave room in your timing for that final pause.

Use the train encounter’s ally

This is the Chapter 3 train fight, where Red n’ Blue assist. Track both enemies’ HP before choosing the next target: Revenge gives the survivor ATK Up. If one falls much earlier, you have to endure more turns of the buffed remaining enemy.
